Fulfillment and Dispatch

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our logistics partner eboss Fulfillment.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays (e.g. due to stock issues or carrier delays), dispatch might take slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

Germany

  • Standard Shipping (DHL Warenpost): €4.90
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over €100

European Union (EU) & Switzerland 

  • Standard Shipping (DHL Warenpost International): €8.00
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over €100

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 2–4 business days
  • European Union & Switzerland: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt at shop@biosomo.com
